Salaam lovelies, I hope you are all well and
in good health In'Sha'Allah.
I know it has been a
while since i have written a blog post, i do apologise about that.
Today I'm back with
one of my favourite things in the world haha more skin care products BUT this
time, it's not DIY just some beautiful Korean masks that i have been loving.
I hope you all enjoy the post. I will leave the link to the websites i have purchased
from down below if you guys are interested.
Black sugar mask washes off
I love this product
it is amazing. if you know me i love trying out new products but I have to be
very careful since i have a very sensitive/ acne prone skin. I heard a
lot of great things about this product so obviously, i had to give it a try
and I swear it makes my face feels and look amazing and most importantly it
does not break me out which is always a plus. As i have mentioned before i have
sensitive/ acne prone/combination skin which makes it very hard for me to know
which products to use and which to avoid but this mask is just awesome. I use
it twice a week to get rid of any dead skin cells as i am currently using acne
cream which makes my face peel so it is important for me to keep my skin soft
and smooth since i wear makeup. The only thing i disliked about the mask is the
smell is has a very funny scent.
How to use:
I cleanse my face
with La Roache-Posay cleanser for sensitive skin than i massage the mask while
my face still damp away from my eyes and leave for 15-20 minutes than i
rinse off with lukewarm water or cold if am feeling brave.
''To
minimise irritation, add water or toner while massaging. Leave for 10-15
minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water''.

Jeju volcanic pore
clay mask
Another great mask i got from the same website is the clay mask
from Innisfree which is also a great
Korean brand. I absolutely love this mud mask it feels amazing on the skin and
can be used as a spot treatment as well as cleansing the face. I like to use
this all over my face once a week only because i use different masks for
different reasons during the week. I have heard a lot of great things from
bloggers and YouTubers about Korean products now i can see why i mean Asian
girls have the most amazing hair and skin so when i heard about this clay mask
all i can think of was'' when am i going to buy this'' haha. I am a sucker when
it comes to skin care products but before i buy anything i do my research i
don't just take people word for it because not every product will work
for everyone, so it is important to know what works for your skin. also,
another tip for a good skin is clean diet and regular exercise without
this combination nothing will work because your body needs both internal and
external cleansing in order for it to generate new cells and so on.
what is says on their website
''Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is a
Jeju volcanic scoria clay mask to intensively absorb sebum and purify pores.
Innisfree Jeju volcanic scoria is formulated from solidified lava caused by
volcanic eruptions in Jeju Island. This pure and rare ingredient absorbs
impurities and sebum that are deeply embedded in skin pores''.
How to use;
I cleanse my face, as
usual, pat dry apply my toner to refine the skin than spread this
mask on avoiding my eyes and mouth area because it is not tasty let me tell you
that much. I leave it on for about 30 minutes, however, sometimes i do
sleep with it if am using it to get rid of pimples
pros
-perfect for all skin types
-affordable
-easy to apply
-non-drying
-exfoliate
cons
-unhygienic container
pricey for the amount
of product you get(100ml)
